These woman have finally been deemed ready to be raised to Aes Sedai. There is a formal ceremony in which they choose an Ajah, and the shawl is placed over their shoulders by the Head of that Ajah. Now, these former Accepteds are allowed freedom, as well as the ability to bond a Warder if they choose.
